1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using I2V AI (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

  • You may register using a Google account, Discord account, or email magic link.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it.
  • You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent abuse detection, rate limits, or credit restrictions.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent activity.

4. Use of the Service

I2V AI provides AI-powered image-to-video generation and conversational features. You may use the Service to:

  • Generate videos from uploaded images and text prompts.
  • Chat with an AI assistant for creative ideas, prompt refinement, and general queries.
  • Access the Service within the limits of your account tier and available credits.

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, abusive, or otherwise violates any applicable law.
  • Create sexually explicit content, child sexual abuse material, or content depicting violence or self-harm.
  • Generate content that infringes on any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
  • Use automated means, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access or abuse the Service.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models or algorithms.
  • Circumvent rate limits, billing mechanisms, or anti-abuse systems.

5. Intellectual Property

Generated content: You retain rights to the videos you generate using the Service, subject to your compliance with these Terms. However, AI-generated content may be subject to legal restrictions in your jurisdiction regarding copyright and ownership — we make no guarantees about the copyrightability of generated content.

Service IP: The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, logo, and documentation, is owned by I2V AI and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our express written permission.

6. Credits and Payments

  • New accounts receive a free credit allowance as described at the time of registration.
  • Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable (except as otherwise stated), and expire according to the applicable plan terms.
  • Purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or as described in our Refund Policy.
  • We reserve the right to modify credit pricing and allocation with advance notice.
  • Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (Stripe, Airwallex, NowPayments). Your relationship with them is governed by their respective terms.

7. User Content

  • You retain all rights to images you upload and prompts you enter. However, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display such content solely to provide the Service.
  • You represent that you have the right, power, and authority to grant such license, that no other person or entity has any right, power, or authority that conflicts with this license, and that the content does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • We do not review user content but reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
  • Generated videos will meet your expectations or meet any particular quality standard.
  • AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose.
  • The Service will be free from viruses or other harmful code.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW EXCLUSIONS OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which I2V AI operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
